July 7-11: Weekly Weather Outlook
Hopefully everyone had a great holiday weekend of dry and beautiful weather. The humidity returns today with high temps hovering around 90. Lows should only drop into the lower-70s. Winds should remain light out of the SW. Just a small chance of an afternoon shower/t-storm.
Tomorrow looks almost identical to today regarding highs, lows, humidity and wind (maybe a degree or two warmer). The changes for showers and thunderstorms will be elevated however.
For both Wednesday and Thursday, highs should have trouble breaking 90 but humidity and SW flow will persist. Lows should dip slightly below 70 both nights.
By Friday a front will be through. Highs will reach the mid-80s but with a more pleasant feel. We should be looking at a very light onshore flow out of the east.
An early look at the weekend indicates more of the same. 80s with average summer storm activity. I’ll be posting about synoptic activity that sets these conditions throughout the week.
